This has just been the craziest winter. We are getting 10 years worth of snow in 2 months. We have missed 6 days of school because of the winter weather and they are calling for more. 2 weeks ago today came the heaviest snow storm yet. At 11:30 that morning we had 2 1/2 inches and at 3:30 we had 5. I believe total we had 8 inches with a layer of ice. We were one of the worst counties hit but fortunately we didn't lose power. To give you an idea had bad the storm was, a friend left work at 11 am and didn't make it home until 4:15pm. That is normally a 1 hour drive. Let's just say people were literally snowed in. Emma was still recovering from sickness so she didn't care much for being in the snow. She had ten layers of clothes on to only be outside less than 5 minutes. It was absolutely beautiful though.
